Documents required:
1. A letter of instructions indicating the type of the application to be applied for, the name, address and nationality of the applicant and inventor; the filing date, country and serial number of the convention patent application or patent based on which the priority right to be claimed, if any;
2. A description and claims ;
3. Instead of drawings, photos can be provided.  At least one set of drawings or colour photos or black and white photos (Front, rear, top, bottom, right and left views ) plus a perspective view, if necessary, are required.  
4. Please be kindly noted that when photos are taken, the article must be placed on a background of one colour. There must be no other article in the background except the one whose design is to be protected. Drawings or photos must all contain orthogonal views.
5. A duly executed Power of Attorney.
6. Certified Priority Document
7. Assignment of Priority Right

COMMUNITY INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

Documents required:

3. At least one set of drawings or photos (Front, rear, top, bottom, right and left views ) plus a perspective view, if necessary, are required. Instead of drawings, photos can be provided.

5. A duly executed Power of Attorney which can be late submitted within two months from the  Italian filing date.
